    I am vegetarian. I am 27 and I'm 91 Kgs. From a month I started going gym regularly. But in a month I loosed 4 kgs only. Should I eat protein or carbs? What's a good pre-workout meal? How about after my workout? What about the number of grams of protein per day for optimal muscle mass?

    Please advice me. Thanks

  2. hi..u can reduce 12kg wt.
    For dis u should take gud quality protein nd carbs with fibers..before workout u can take 1 cup tea with lite sugar.nd after workout,one glass warm water with half lemon juice then after sometime u should take non fatty proper breakfast.nd for ur muscle mass 60gm protein/day is essential.
