I am vegetarian. I am 27 and I'm 91 Kgs. From a month I started going gym regularly. But in a month I loosed 4 kgs only. Should I eat protein or carbs? What's a good pre-workout meal? How about after my workout? What about the number of grams of protein per day for optimal muscle mass?
hi..u can reduce 12kg wt. For dis u should take gud quality protein nd carbs with fibers..before workout u can take 1 cup tea with lite sugar.nd after workout,one glass warm water with half lemon juice then after sometime u should take non fatty proper breakfast.nd for ur muscle mass 60gm protein/day is essential.
