Food included:- All green leafy vegetables such as cabbage, spinach etc.Special stress on raw vegetable salads. All fruits with skin.Whole grain cereals and breads with bran. Milk,Meat,Fish,Fowl,Eggs as desired for normal nutrition.
Food to avoid:- High refined and concentrated foods,fried foods,excessive amount of coarse bran,excessive seasonings.
Intervals of feeding:- three meals daily
Meat, Fish and eggs provides you with lot of protein required for your body. But for a veg person what supplement you suggest?
ReplyDeleteFor high protein,veg person can consume all types of milk and their products except butter and ghee,all pulses and legumes especially soyabean,all nuts,large quantity of cereals.
