- The food pyramid demonstrate grains, whole grains, brown rice, cereals as a foundation of pyramid. These nutrients are needed the most.
- Prefer to have 6-11 servings, whole grains.
- Enjoy atleast 3-5 servings of vegetables.
- Choose 2-4 servings of fruits.

- With fat, oil and sweets at the tip, recommends limited intake of these.
